The production time spans from 14 to 30 working days, contingent upon the order quantity.
5. What is the payment method?
Molding and tooling: Full payment (100% TT) is required in advance.
Parts product order: Payment terms will be determined based on the specifics of the actual order.
6. What kind of drawing format is workable for you?
We accept a variety of formats including PDF, STP, STEP, IGS, IGES, OBJ, STL, GLB, DWG, and more.
7. How do I know the production and shipping process?
We ensure double confirmation of your requirements and provide a sample before commencing mass production. Throughout the production process, we will keep you regularly updated on
the progress.
8. How do I know the shipping process? Prior to shipment, we will confirm all details with you, including the Commercial Invoice (CI) and other critical information. After dispatch, we will provide you with the tracking number and continuously update you on the shipping status.
