Our production time spans from 14 to 30 working days, contingent upon the quantity of your order. We prioritize efficiency to ensure timely delivery.
5. What is the payment method?
For molding and tooling services: payment is required as 100% TT in advance to ensure prompt processing.
For parts product orders: Payment terms are tailored to each order's specifics and will be confirmed accordingly.
6. What kind of drawing format is workable for you?
We accept a diverse range of formats including PDF, STP, STEP, IGS, IGES, OBJ, STL, GLB, DWG, among others to meet your design needs.
7. How do I know the production and shipping process?
We ensure clarity and transparency by double-confirming your requirements and providing a sample before commencing mass production. Throughout production,
we will keep you regularly updated on the progress.
8. How do I know the shipping process? Prior to shipment, we meticulously confirm all details with you, including the Commercial Invoice (CI) and other vital information. Once shipped, you will receive the tracking number, and we will continually update you on the shipment status.
